Published today : Darkness Hovers
In the next suburb over a wife is beaten by her husband, breakfast was burnt,
Doesn’t she realise he is only trying to teach her obedience, why hasn’t she learnt?
Her neighbours hear her screams, but then that’s a daily occurrence, a regular tune,
So much so that they now hardly notice as they’ve grown totally immune.
